Because our products are edible, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll make it right.

Report issues within 72 hours

Please email daniel@zammos.hk within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue and outer packaging.

What happens next

After review, I’ll offer a fair remedy—this could be a replacement shipment or a refund—at my discretion and subject to stock and circumstances. I aim to resolve cases quickly and fairly.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or partially consumed food
  • Items without reasonable proof of damage/incorrect fulfilment
  • Orders with incorrect addresses submitted at checkout

Wrong address / uncollected parcels

If an order can’t be delivered due to inaccurate address or is uncollected, redelivery can be arranged at cost. Refunds aren’t available in these cases.
