These Terms govern your use of the Zammo’s website and the purchase of products from us. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
No minimum age requirement applies (no alcohol or restricted items are sold). Please review allergen information carefully (our products may contain gluten, nuts, and eggs).
Orders & acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase. I may accept, limit, or cancel any order at my discretion (e.g. suspected error, stock limits, or incorrect pricing). If I cancel, I’ll refund you promptly.
Pricing & availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. Final pricing is shown at checkout.
Shipping
We currently ship within Hong Kong only. Overseas customers may purchase for delivery to a Hong Kong address. Delivery times are estimates only.
Intellectual property
All content, product names, logos, characters, artwork, and designs on this site are owned by Zammo’s or used with permission and are protected by law. Trademarks and related registrations may be pending.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zammo’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
