Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship within Hong Kong only (including outlying areas and lockers where our courier serves). Overseas customers are welcome to purchase and ship to a Hong Kong address.
Courier
Orders are delivered by trusted delivery partners (e.g. SF Express). Delivery to SF Locker / EF Locker is supported where available.
Dispatch timing
- We endeavour to ship the next business day.
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days at the latest.
Delivery time
Typical Hong Kong delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch. Actual timing may vary by location, peak seasons, or courier capacity.
Same-day delivery

Delivery attempts & redelivery
Delivery attempts and any redelivery fees follow the courier’s policy. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or an inaccessible address/locker, we’ll help coordinate redelivery (additional fees may apply).
Address accuracy
Please ensure your address, contact number, and (if applicable) locker location are accurate. We can’t replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
