At Zammo’s, we aim to deliver your biscotti fresh, fast, and with care.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within Hong Kong only, including:

  • SF Express home delivery
  • SF Locker
  • EF Locker
  • Commercial addresses
  • Outlying Islands (where SF Express services are available)

If you’re overseas, you may still purchase and ship to a Hong Kong address.

2. Dispatch Times

  • We endeavour to dispatch orders next business day
  • Guaranteed dispatch within 1–2 business days

Same-day delivery may be available on request — contact us via WhatsApp or email.

3. Delivery Timeline

Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on SF Express routing and seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.

  • Free delivery for orders HK$500+ (after discounts)
  • All other shipping rates follow our internal weight-based tiers

5. Delivery Attempts

Delivery attempts and re-delivery processes are managed by SF Express.

Please refer to SF’s notifications for updates or re-routing options.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a delivery fails due to an incorrectly provided address, reshipment fees may apply.
